"High Mountain Zin" - Primitivo Zinfandel

The ideal conditions at the Souza Family Vineyard have produced in its grapes the unique flavor of spices, fruitiness, licorice and a hint of pepper. Our Primitivo Zinfandel is a rich, full-bodied wine of exceptional character and may be enjoyed with beef, veal, pork and pasta.

The Souza Family Vineyard will be bottling their wine under two labels.

"Quattro Stagioni", the primary label for this exceptional Primitivo Zinfandel will be available nationally through our web site. This wine will be served at the finer restaurants and Country Clubs and available 'for sale' at local retail stores.

The "Tehachapi Wine & Cattle Co." will be exclusively distributed in the Tehachapi area, so that tourists and visitors can take with them a "rememberance" of their 'Tehachapi Experience'.
